Gateway are currently recruiting Support Workers on behalf of Jane in Invergordon.

Would you like to do something different next Monday morning? To forget the never-ending 9-5 and make a real difference to someone's life? Or maybe you are already working in social care and want to join an organisation with values at its core?
Well, this may be the opportunity you have been looking for....
We have 1x full-time position (38 hrs per week) & relief positions within Jane’s team in Invergordon, working shifts on a rotational basis. We are looking for support workers who are reliable, resilient and have an insight into working with people who can, at times, exhibit challenging verbal behaviour.

What do Gateway have to offer you?

  • Rate of pay is £10.00 - £10.50 ph. dependant on experience and qualifications.
  • Fully paid induction training plus shadowing and mentoring.

  • Paid PVG membership

RELIEF SUPPORT WORKER – Inverness & Invergordon

An exciting opportunity has become available for Relief Support Workers to join our team within in Inverness and Invergordon. Our support includes Homeless residential units, learning disability services, Outreach Housing Support and Waking Night Responder Service.


As a Relief Support Worker, you would be covering various shifts such as early, late and waking nights. These shifts would be over the 7-day week.

Our services are expanding, and we are looking to recruit Support Workers to work as part of a team to provide support to promote independence and quality of life to vulnerable adults. Our teams provide support and care in supported living environments and to individuals in community settings. As a Support Worker you will be making a real difference to people’s lives, building strong relationships and assisting with daily living tasks.
