As an established charitable organisation which provides Outreach Care Support and Supported Accommodations across Highland communities. We currently have the following exciting career opportunities.


FULL TIME SUPPORT WORKER – INVERGORDON (38 hours per week, Mon- Fri 9am 5pm)

We are looking to recruit a Support Worker to join our team in one of our residential units and Outreach Housing Support. The unit provides 3 self-contained flats for vulnerable individuals. All Service Users in the unit receive Housing Support tailored to suit their specific requirements and support them into their own tenancy’s.

NIGHT SHIFT SUPPORT WORKER – RESIDENTAIL UNIT (38-hour contract – shift pattern 4 on 4 off).

We are looking to recruit a Support Worker to join our team in one of our residential units. The unit provides 15 self-contained flats for vulnerable individuals. All Service Users are placed in the unit under the rapid rehousing scheme and receive intense outcome focused support from highly trained Support Workers to prepare them to live in their own tenancy.

RELIEF SUPPORT WORKER – Inverness & Invergordon

An exciting opportunity has become available for Relief Support Workers to join our team within in Inverness and Invergordon. Our support includes Homeless residential units, learning disability services, Outreach Housing Support and Waking Night Responder Service.


As a Relief Support Worker, you would be covering various shifts such as early, late and waking nights. These shifts would be over the 7-day week.

ENHANCED RESPONDER SERVICE, SPECIALISED

SUPPORT WORKERS REQUIRED.


Full time position - £12.00 per hour


Enhanced Responder Service is a unique and innovative service supporting the Care at Home Services within the Inverness area. This is a collaborative between four local and established care providers who are committed to its success.

We are looking for a team to deliver a mobile Enhanced Responder Service to clients, to be able to show compassion to the Inverness community and our people within it, show that you can work with dignity, respect, enthusiasm, demonstrating problem solving skills. You will be an experienced support worker to deliver personal care and support to vulnerable clients.

Our services are expanding, and we are looking to recruit Support Workers to work as part of a team to provide support to promote independence and quality of life to vulnerable adults. Our teams provide support and care in supported living environments and to individuals in community settings.
