Activities
Physical activity is good for your health, but it also has countless other benefits – like making your life more enjoyable.
At Gateway we encourage our service users to attend and take part in the various activities we provide for your benefit. We have have a team of support staff who meet regularly to set the calendar of activities for the coming month/quarter.
Within our calendar you will find activities such as:
- Walking
- Fishing
- Five-a-side Football
- Circuit Training
- Fitness Classes
- Swimming
Please get active and contact the Activities Team and make arrangements to join in the activity that best suits you.

We’re collecting prizes for our annual Christmas Raffle to raise vital funds for those experiencing hardship at Christmas.
