Gateway Care at Home Services

Our Care at Home Service provides care within the Inverness Community and Wester Ross area with a credible support service and to support individuals to stay at home and be safe – as an alternative to residential or hospital accommodation.

Our Care at Home Team provides a mobile care option in your home. We take time to understand the wishes and preferences of our customers, tailoring a package of support to meet those specific needs. We ensure you maintain control, allowing you to adjust the level or type of support daily if required.

We know that choosing your care provider is an important decision, but be assured that you will receive exceptional care from Gateway. Care that you can rely on to be on time from carers who show empathy and respect and uphold dignity.

Our Care at Home team has been carefully chosen to ensure they are friendly, sensitive and competent to deliver all care tasks. All staff are vetted through a rigorous interview process as well as disclosure checks, and reference checks to ensure they meet our very high standards.

Please call our offices and speak to Pam Craig-Mackie for further information about this service. We can arrange a no-obligation meeting to discuss our services in more detail.

Our Care at Home service is regulated by the Care Inspectorate.

Care at Home - Providing a Safe Service

Providing a timely and efficient service is extremely important to our hourly visiting care customers. Quite rightly, our customers expect the carers to arrive at the right time each day, with many people being completely dependent on this visit to help them out of bed, wash eat, take medication, and retire to bed at the end of the day. Timing is everything.

Hourly visiting home care is a flexible care service for people who need some help to live independently at home.

Hourly care is for anybody who wishes to remain at in their home but requires a level of support to do so.

What are Our Care Fees?

Our Care at Home service is arranged around what you require, everybody is different and that is why we take the time to understand your unique requirements.

With a choice of 30 or 60-minute calls and multiple hours, if needed, we have the experience to meet your needs - and because our service is flexible, we can change our service as your needs change.

Call Pam today who will be happy to advise you on our costs. Pam will be able to tell you everything you need to know to ensure you get the right amount of care.
